Qualitymanagement according to DIN ISO 9001

As a matter of course we are working according to DIN ISO 9001. Customer audits confirm the outstanding quality guaranteed by our software systems.

Qualification of products

We develop our blomesystem^® designer and blomesystem^® report generator in a documented environment. All blomesystem^® products are documented from the first concept to the last approval by the description of requirements, test plans and test protocols.

Validation

We validate our standard-LIMS, LABbase^® in-house. The validation in your IT-environment is still necessary, but the effort for validating the LIMS is greatly reduced. We provide a framework validation plan and if necessary assist you with the validation in your premises.

Service in the context of IQ, OQ and PQ

For customer-specific adjustments and extensions, test  have to be worked out and carried out. We therefor have experienced specialists as a support. Thus, installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ) and process qualification (PQ) are almost child's play.
